What people are saying

“Debut Author Sara Beth Williams brings a Kingsbury-like essence to the genre but with a fresh voice. The characters had tremendous depth and the writing overall was very well put together and flowed so very nicely.” —
NA Romance Author Chelsea DeVries

When Hearts Collide
A Worthy Heart

“Sara Beth Williams brings a wonderful story of God’s power to heal hearts and an awakening to a deeper understanding of what love truly means. The first chapter immediately grabbed me and drew me into the story, and with every page I found myself anticipating what would happen next. I very much enjoyed Joel and Serena’s journey together and rooted for them to find their happily ever after.” —
Award winning author and speaker, Hallee Bridgeman, Author of the award-winning Love and Honor series

“When I read Anchor My Heart, I became immersed in the character’s mind, experiencing their journey. Realistic dialogue and characters make this a stellar novel. Sara Beth Williams is a new favorite author of mine.”
Contemporary Christian Romance author Lisa Renee

Anchor My Heart

“I love the focus on mission work.

I love how these characters sought God and applied His word to their lives and the relationship.

If you love small town romance, swoony Australian accents, Medical professionals you will love No Matter How Far!” — Author Naomi Craig

No Matter How Far
Yesterday Now and Always

“Yesterday Now and Always is a sweet romance with great characters and a charming setting. I always enjoy the US/New Zealand/Australian combination of cultures (and accents!) in the community of Trinity Lakes, and this book is no exception. Jake and Audrey’s love story has been a long time coming.” — Carrie – Founder, Reading is my Superpower Book Review Blog

“It’s Always Been You is best enjoyed curled up by the fire with a cup of hot cocoa. This book has all the right elements including a friends-to-more romance and a few page-turning scenes that could make you spill that cocoa.” —

Author Q&A

Why do I write Contemporary Christian Romance?

After high school, when I first began writing my own romance stories, I quickly decided I didn’t want to write romance the way the rest of the world writes romance. It would be several years until I discovered the Christian Romance genre, and once I found that genre, I began to read and read.

As I continued to read more and more, I knew that is what I wanted to write. I really wanted to show readers that a Godly romantic relationship is still swoony and authentic and heartwarming. I also wanted to craft redemption stories, to show readers how God can change lives through forgiveness and grace.

Christian Fiction does not have to be boring. My desire is to craft characters who are authentic and to tell their stories of heartbreak and redemption from a Chrisitan worldview perspective.

What is my favorite published novel?

I have an affinity toward characters who are broken, and I love writing their redemption stories. I think my favorite books that I have published anyway, are Anchor My Heart, No Matter How Far, and Yesterday Now and Always – but I really love A Worthy Heart as well because it was difficult to pen, and has been the most well received and I am very proud of that.

What authors have inspired me?

Several authors continue to inspire me, the list would be long! But the first author whose books truly inspired me was contemporary romance and romantic suspense author Hallee Bridgeman.

Do you like to read in the same genre you write?

I do love reading in the same genre that I write and there are dozens of fabulous authors in my genre. I also love reading other genres – including historical romance, Chrisitan romantic suspense, biblical fiction, YA fiction, and YA dystopian novels!
